Beijing BORK Metal Hose Co., Ltd. (BORK), founded in 1995, is a joint venture established by ORK Corporation, Iwatani Corporation, the General Design Department of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology and Beijing Xingda Bellows Co., Ltd. Equipped with a full set of imported production lines from Japan, the company is specialized in the production of stainless steel flexible hoses. In 2022, Beijing Xingda Bellows Co., Ltd. Acquired all the equity of the company and became the sole shareholder. The former shareholders continue to cooperate with the company as technical consultants and important sales agents in the Japanese and European markets, with the cooperation relationship and rights and obligations clarified in the formal agreement.

BORK's products are applied in water supply, gas transmission, petrochemical, medical equipment, semiconductor equipment and other fields.
