Production processes

1.Bulge forming:Applies pressure to a special resin from inside the pipe, leveraging the resin's expansion force to form corrugations.

2.Heat treatment of the tube body refers to a process that utilizes the heating and cooling of steel in the solid state to modify its internal structure, thereby achieving enhanced physical, chemical, mechanical, and technological properties.

3.Flexible hoses are cut to the length specified by the client's order.

4.Welded joints and braided sleeves.

5.Application of Helium Leak Detectors: It serves as a high-sensitivity vacuum tightness tester, enabling more accurate leak detection than conventional methods.
