Type A metal hoses are crafted from thin-walled stainless steel strip welded pipes, featuring outstanding flexibility and temperature and pressure resilience. They offer various connections, including union joints, flanges, internal/external threads, and quick-connect plugs, with minimal constraints.

Production processes
1. Roll forming:Uses a special wheel to form pipe corrugations.
2.Heat treatment involves heating and cooling steel in its solid state to alter its internal structure, enhancing physical, chemical, mechanical, and technological properties.
3.Flexible hoses are cut to the client's specified length.
4.All flexible hoses and expansion joints are leak-tested.
5.Hot air-drying furnaces remove residual moisture from the product surface and interior.
Packing & Delivery
Appropriate packaging prevents damage during transit, ensuring products arrive intact and optimal.
