Annular corrugated metal hose

Our flexible hoses have outstanding flexibility of motion and resistance to heat, pressure and earthquakes. They support a wide range of gas and liquid transport lines for transporting substances such as air, steam, gases, water, oils and chemicals.

Type A metal hoses are formed by corrugating thin-walled stainless steel strip welded pipes, featuring excellent flexibility as well as good temperature and pressure resistance. They offer diverse connection methods, including union joints, flanges, internal/external threads, and quick-connect plugs, with few restrictions.

Production processes

1. Roll forming:Uses a special wheel to form corrugations on the pipe.

2.Heat treatment of the tube body refers to a process that utilizes the heating and cooling of steel in the solid state to modify its internal structure, thereby achieving enhanced physical, chemical, mechanical, and technological properties.

3.Flexible hoses are cut to the length specified by the client's order.

4.All flexible hoses and expansion joints undergo leak testing.

5.A hot air-drying furnace is used to remove residual moisture from the surface and interior of the product.

Packing & Delivery

Appropriate packaging is used to prevent product damage during transportation, ensuring products reach customers in an intact, optimum state.
