Production processes

1.Roll forming: Uses a special wheel to form corrugations on the pipe.

2.Tube body heat treatment is a process using solid-state heating and cooling of steel to modify its internal structure, thus enhancing physical, chemical, mechanical, and technological properties.

3.All flexible hoses and expansion joints undergo leak testing.

4.The hose features a vacuum heat-shrinkable PE coating, boosting its resistance to moisture and corrosion.

5.Adjusting corrugation spacing enhances flexibility.
