1. Roll forming:Uses a special wheel to form corrugations on the pipe.

2.Heat treatment modifies steel's internal structure by heating and cooling, enhancing physical, chemical, mechanical, and technological properties.

3.Flexible hoses are cut to the length specified by the client's order.

4.All flexible hoses and expansion joints undergo leak testing.

5.A hot air-drying furnace removes residual moisture from the product's surface and interior.
